About Treatment Specialists

Treatment Specialists, LLC is a leading outpatient treatment provider dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome substance use and opioid use disorders through compassionate, evidence-based care. We offer a comprehensive approach that combines medication-assisted treatment (MAT) with counseling, education, and support services designed to enhance long-term recovery and overall wellbeing. Our services are delivered in a respectful, confidential, and patient-centered environment.

We serve clients across six locations in South Carolina:
• West Columbia, SC (Lexington)
• Sumter, SC
• Florence, SC
• Myrtle Beach, SC
• Georgetown, SC
• Spartanburg, SC (Upstate)
